Phoebe holds a Master’s Degree from Neuroscience Graduate Institute of Brain and Mind Science in National Taiwan University, and is licensed in Beckman Oral Motor Training. She has extensive experience working with children with complex needs and conducts assessments and develops appropriate interventions for gross motor and fine motor development, sensory integration, visual-motor integration, and life-skills practice. Phoebe is passionate about helping children develop functional life-skills so they can engage in school and community activities independently. She hopes to utilize her knowledge and professional skills to positively improve the quality of life for children and their families.

Jojo holds a Master’s Degree in Early Intervention from Chang Gung University in Taiwan, and specializes in providing Routine Based Model (RBM) interventions to help parents implement strategies across different settings. She provides sensory diets to children in a one-on-one capacity and uses techniques such as sensory massage and brushing to help children become regulated, improve attention, and focus on academics. She provides informal and formal assessments and develops individualized development plans to meet children’s needs. She also regularly communicates with parents and caregivers to provide ongoing support. Jojo is dedicated to helping children make the most of their living environments – at home, in the classroom, and in the wider community.

Ge holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders Gerontology Graduate Certificate from Pacific University in the US. She has extensive experience working with school-age children and older adults with communicative-cognitive disorders.
Before joining ELG, Ge provided therapies and administered assessments for children with a variety of speech-sound, language, and fluency disorders in US elementary schools. In addition, Ge worked in a skilled nursing facility with adults with brain injuries, neurological disorders, and swallowing difficulties. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at ELG, Ge provides individual and group speech-language therapies to children and adults to develop functional and social communication skills. She also works closely with parents and caregivers to maximize skill generalization across settings and daily life. Ge is a compassionate therapist who prioritizes the unique needs of each child and helps children achieve their full potential.
