Phoebe has extensive experience working with children with complex needs. She conducts assessments and develops appropriate interventions for gross motor and fine motor development, sensory integration, visual-motor integration, and life-skills practice. Phoebe is licensed in Beckman Oral Motor Training, and is passionate about helping children develop functional life skills so they can engage in school and community activities independently. She hopes to utilize her knowledge and professional skills to positively improve the quality of life for children and their families. Phoebe also works in international schools for embedded Occupational Therapy (OT) sessions, providing children with learning support in fine motor skills, handwriting skill, and motor development. Phoebe also received her certification for Handwriting Program from Learning Without Tears TM.

Debbie specializes in supporting children with sensory processing disorder, and gross or fine motor developmental delays. She achieved her SIPT certification from University of Southern California in the U.S. As a professional pediatric occupational therapist and sensory integration specialist, Debbie works with children of all ages. Taking a client-centered approach, Debbie adapts her interventions to suit the needs and interests of each child and their families. Besides clinical intervention, Debbie plays a significant role in international schools in Shanghai, supporting students’ handwriting skills, attention, and social interaction skills. Through her work at ELG, she hopes to utilize her skills to impact the lives of children with a wide variety of needs in schools, at home, and in clinical settings. Debbie is currently certified in Handwriting Program from Learning Without TearsTM.
